Who we are

Ten years of Pizza Fridays

I'm Jim. I've been making pizza for about ten years, and it started in the kitchen at home with a domestic oven and a lot of trial and error. Then an Ooni, then a Gozney. Pizza Friday has been a fixture in our house ever since.

Friends kept saying the same thing: they wished they could get pizza like that locally. So I stopped explaining how to make it and started making it for people.

Now you'll find us cooking fresh at pop-ups, parties and weddings around Stourbridge, and our frozen pizzas in farm shops, butchers and delis nearby. Same dough either way, made in small batches and fermented for 24 hours.

The classics with a twist

Think Pepperoni, Margherita, ham and mushroom, your classic favourites, but on a light and airy Italian inspired base — Neapolitan-style.

We're not shy on the toppings either. No one complained about extra cheese, right?
